Since its formation the firm has undertaken numerous dispute resolution matters for its diverse clientele. The team has undertaken civil litigation before all the courts in Zambia, namely the Subordinate Courts, the High, Court of Appeal, the Constitutional Court as well as the Supreme Courts. Apart from traditional litigation, our team believes that alternative forms of dispute resolution such mediation and arbitration should be utilised as they tend to be more speedy modes of resolving some disputes.
